Directions: Place stock bones in a crock pot. Add 1/8 - 1/4 cup of herb blend, 2 Tbsp of Earth hands herbal raw apple cider vinegar or some plain raw apple cider vinegar, season with sea salt, and cover generously with filtered water (approx. 12 cups) Cover pot and simmer for at least 10-12 hours, reducing water content by 1/3.
