Custom Cut Quarter Beef Deposit

A mixed quarter of a beef $4.99 per hanging weight pound includes all cutting and vacuum packaging. You will receive cuts from the front and hind quarter, therefore you will fill out a cut sheet choosing which cuts you would like and how you'd like them packaged. This will be your deposit and we will contact you to complete the cutting instruction sheet and discuss the completion date for the order. Most wait times are 2-3 weeks.
